Friendly family atmosphere. The BEST principal/administrator with whom I have ever worked. She was knowledgeable, understanding, patient, kind, and always supportive. She always had time to listen to everyone's concerns and to share in celebrating student accomplishments. I really appreciated her professionalism and dedication to making the working and learning environment satisfying for everyone. Additionally, her advice regarding instructional delivery was spot-on and valuable, although she never micromanaged. There was also a very good tech department with tech support staff always willing to help and show us how to make the most of the technology we had. Only one staff meeting per month! Nice, updated facility. Awesome office staff and HR dept.
Cons
A shortage of paraprofessional staffing. The principal and offsite supervisors had to step in as substitute paraprofessionals many times during the 2021/2023 school year: a testament to their dedication.
