      Pros

      Good company for progression and professional development. Certain teams including the Compliance function have individuals with a lot of expertise and team culture.

      Cons

      Culture of top management should be improved and I think this would then feed down into other business areas such as FO.

      Majority of people are great

      Cons

      Allows racism and sexism on a daily basis. Some managers would refer to women as b****, say that Asians eat rats, and use the R-word constantly. I was made fun of because of my race on a daily basis, and heard managers use mocking racist accents all the time.
