      Cons

      - CEO told entire company that work should come first and family second - Lowest base salary and commission structure in the market - Unachievable KPI's - Toxic upper management 'bros club' - Call centre/sweatshop approach to sales - High turnover in staff

      Majority of people are great

      Cons

      Allows racism and sexism on a daily basis. Some managers would refer to women as b****, say that Asians eat rats, and use the R-word constantly. I was made fun of because of my race on a daily basis, and heard managers use mocking racist accents all the time.
