Pros
The company has grown exponentially, and are embracing change. They had to make tough decisions, bring in new people, and totally flip the organization. The new executive team is passionate and involved in every department and aspect. There are so many opportunities to grow in your career, but only if you really work hard and live by the values they are imposing.
Cons
Change is scary and hard. There were a lot of people let go who had been here for years, because they weren't truly doing their jobs or being honest. There was a lot of sketchy stuff going on. Now it's all getting cleaned up, but you really have to work to make up for the mistakes of the previous staff. Benefits are also not great, but they are re-doing and improving them.
