1.It feels like we're constantly under the watchful eye of the CTO, as if we're being monitored by CCTV cameras like we're suspects in a crime. 2.Taking a leave here is like committing a crime! You have to explain each every detail to get a simple casual leave approved. And if you dare to request to work from home, get ready to provide medical documents as if you're on trial! No wonder some employees drag themselves to the office even when they're sick. 3.Some managers behavior are so rude to juniors. Complained to higher managements but no action taken. Sometime managers force to take extra work load to home. 4.Lots of politics & Nepotism - relatives and friends of the management run the whole office. 5.HR team has no power. They have to take approval from CTO for each and every single matters. 6.There is no meaningful development work. They are busy with only A/B testing work, which is not good for a developer career. 7.No code review & career growth opportunity for developers 8.CTG office admin mentality is so cheap, he does not know how to run a branch. He has no knowledge & qualification for this position but he is CTO's elder brother.

Pros

- timely salary - food and transport services - friendly in-office environment

Cons

- very strict leave policy - not allowed to take for more than 5 days. My question is why? In all other companies in this country and abroad, you can take your leaves however you want, but here we have to maintain absurd rules Furthermore, we do not get all public holidays of bangladesh or UK (claims to be a UK based company). Is this even legal to not give all public holidays? And why/how are sick leaves more than casual leaves????? and then during yearly performance evaluation, they measure how many sick leaves an employee took. Then why give more sick leaves in the first place???
