The lady in charge of your assignment is nice.

Plenty of overtime.
To be clear: Eclipse Advantage is not the problem.
Cons
Facility has roaches in lunchroom and gown room.
Bathroom situation is certainly interesting.
Very high new hire turnover because operator pay is too low for the industry.
Daily overtime is constant, and I think they waited until the last minute to tell anyone, myself included.
The supplied and required clean room shoes are awful.
Not an ideal working situation to walk into from the outside.
There are reasons why multiple candidates have left this role.
