      Cons

      They under bid every job. Consequently, you struggle to maintain a budget to stay within. Then leadership takes over and manages it right into the ground.

      Pros

      The experience at Eclipse is very group dependent. If you have a good lead and a good supervisor, it can be a fun and fulfilling place to work. They generally are reasonable with travel requests.

      Cons

      That being said, senior management makes many questionable decisions that result in lots of frustration that feels unnecessary. Sales team is lackluster at best and thus work is quite slow. Stability right now is definitely questionable
