      Fairly simple work, great driving staff

      Sub standard pay, horrible benefits, below subpar dispatching, micromanaging boss, no growth potential, old tired equipment, treated like property not employees, management doesn't care about your family time.

      You drive around all picking up boxes of concrete, then dumping the boxes at the local concrete dump. Grunt work.
