      Experienced management from the Global to Business Unit level has promoted EcoFasten Solar to a leader in the marketplace. Team members collaborate in an open environment all focused on the customer first. No micro-managing and an open door to grow within the organization.. Respectful and encouraging communication. Remote work encourages work/life balance.

      Cons

      Some would say the flatness in the business unit is a con, but in all reality it's a benefit to have all team members willing to "do" and not simply "direct". No con's; this is a great place - the best place - to work!

      Pros

      Team both management and support are all in for the right reasons. We build partnerships with the solar installers that use EcoFasten Solar - we don't just sell aluminum. Freedom to be yourself and work your personal assets into your consultative sales methods. Get to put your "big boy" or "big girl" pants and drive the sales process.

      Cons

      Honestly I cannot think of any negatives with respect to working at EcoFasten Solar.

      Autonomy, lack of micromanagement, unlimited PTO

      Cons

      Terrible new CEO, lack of professionalism, blatant sexism from some employees. Favoritism.
