Pros
Review:
Leadership cares about the lowest person—when the mop hits the floor, they know that’s where it all starts. Without the people doing the work, we’re nothing, and they truly understand that. They also continue to find ways to help bridge communication, like getting in touch with HR, making it easier to get support when needed (in multiple languages).
Pros:
No degree required, train and move up the ladder. Autonomy after training and being empowered to do the right thing, allowing me to shine (literally). Supportive leadership, constantly working on growth tactics to provide more hours while improving communication with customers, employees, and bridging communication gaps and language barriers.
Cons
Fast-paced environment—not the right fit for everyone
High expectations—attention to detail really matters
Might require flexible hours or last-minute schedule changes
Systems and communication are still evolving as the company grows
Physically active work that requires energy and commitment
Training is hands-on—you learn by doing, so self-motivation is key
Like any service industry, you need to be dependable and customer-focused
