      Pros

      make your own schedule,access to a vehicle,decent benefits,possibility to make good money if you push it,decent vacation time,decent support from some peers

      Cons

      working 24/7, work a couple weekends a month, revolving door district managers every couple of years,always more admin stuff to do daily, poor training program, definite old boys club atmosphere,always want more all the time unrealistic budget expectations

      A job and make some money

      Cons

      Everything. You are on your own to sink or swim. If you have a family or a life outside of work you and kiss them goodbye because you will never see them again. You will drive 5 hour one way and work 9 hours in the hot sun with only a 30 minute lunch break and then drive 5 hours back home only to have to do it again the next day which is only a few more hours.
