      Pros

      Good mix of knowledgeable Workers who provide a very good team base and working environment. Adequate building infrastructure and cube city.

      Cons

      Poor communication within peer groups and between business divisions. Older established management works on the 'good ol boy' philosophy.

      A job and make some money

      Cons

      Everything. You are on your own to sink or swim. If you have a family or a life outside of work you and kiss them goodbye because you will never see them again. You will drive 5 hour one way and work 9 hours in the hot sun with only a 30 minute lunch break and then drive 5 hours back home only to have to do it again the next day which is only a few more hours.
