If SHE ok with you then ok. If she not ok with you, better you leave.
Cons
1. Not even have a proper system to manage and refuse to listen.
2. Zero tolerance for human error. Salary deduction will enforce.
3. Bias only want to listen to who she wants to listen to
4. Do Not ever use own money for company use first, otherwise you might end up never getting back the money again.
5. Salary will remit on the latest date follow labour law. 10th of the month, before end of work afternoon.
6. Not a good career path to grow. No space for growth and gain more value.
