Flexible timing and hybrid work schedule

Not much to improve for internship program

Pretty good pay and an easy job. Great flexibility for school/graduate programs and good remote work schedule.

Very boring, like watching paint dry. Interns are almost never included in meetings and are given very little work. We spent a lot of time twiddling thumbs and felt very out of the loop. There is also a very cliquish culture among some of the junior staffers and makes the interns feel very isolated.
