Career growth is limited unless you are one of the favorites hence fairly high turnover. Management and direction of company seems to be lacking. Company has grown too quickly and still has small consulting company mentality.

Friendly co-workers, flexible time off, good field experience, some good managers.

Below industry standard for pay, staff not valued, some bad managers ruin it for the rest.
