Pros
I had some very nice coworkers.
Cons
Rules change constantly. All you are is a slave to productivity. The site I worked at, management was more concerned about quantity over quality. The atmosphere created my management is very negative. We were not allowed to speak; we had to document our bathroom breaks (seriously); we were only told when we were not meeting benchmarks which were ridiculous to begin with. Plus, they wanted you to meet these benchmarks and still not have any errors, which is almost impossible. My supervisor was new and she had no training before they gave her the job. My supervisor before her was wonderful; but like every employee that can get out of there for something better, she did. We have our hours changed constantly except for the favorites; and they definitely have their favorites! Only work here, if you are willing to receive low pay for a very stressful atmosphere. The job in itself, is not hard, but the pressure to meet very high productivity levels makes it stressful. Last, my supervisor took her orders from the Springfield. The top management in Springfield makes rules without coming to the sites. They are only interested in keeping their clients at whatever cost and toll it takes on the emotional well being and health of their employees! Also, where I worked, the new supervisor kept open patient files on her desk, leaves them there for days, HIPPA VIOLATION!!!
