Talented people Good Products Customer Centric. Good parentage of Edelweiss Group.
Cons
No Vision or Common Goal, CEO is feared and hated like a dictator. Employees are not valued, policies are anti employees. High Attrition. Appraisals are neither fair, nor rewarding. hike is around 6-8%. Senior leadership is insecure,egoistic, likes pitting one against the other, can't stand up for their team or nurture talent. Organization is very hierarchical, lays emphasis on sucking up, instead of doing their jobs. Culture is sad, there is no hope.
