Well compensated and an interesting set up. If this was a well run facility it would be a great work place and resource for the community.

There is misplaced scrutiny from management with those who are accountable being under a microscope and those who are perennially behind lacking accountability. The program is new so there is very little guidance. They have been under audit and on an enrollment freeze for approximately 1 year. Your patient population is static and shrinking. The early leadership of the program set expectations that are impossible to meet for the participants and their families. Participants frequently verbally abuse and threaten staff with no protections in place for staff.
