The community served was one of a kind! Even though they see many staff come and go, they are eager for support and accepting of new staff!
Cons
-unorganized -not a supportive environment -poor training -atmosphere is not encouraging -constant verbal arguments with staff -horrible pay -horrible benefits -organization is often late with paying for their portion of insurance -dissension amongst management -certain managers have no clue what they're doing and putting pressure on their staff to do the work of a manager
