Pros

good energy, Salary on time, avg employee age 28 yrs. Learning is good if you are in tech, in other teams learning is below average.

Cons

HR department is useless: Hire a full time HR who knows his/her work. Founders are young, they take immature decisions some time. They can't track and implement on project as per expectation. Company isn't financially stable after 4 years of its launch still manages to pay on time except 2-3 times. Office environment isn't great with lot of politics. IITians are given preference regardless of experience in Supply Chain Industry. A fresher can become manager or team lead directly.

Pros

You’ll get real life exposure of 3PL ops with total responsibility but zero power. You’ll be held responsible for smallest of things.

Cons

Founders and management is just passing time, bringing in their friends and family to work with. No actual progress happening of the employees or the company. Founders are in Lala land and entitled. Few people are favourites who get all the perks, rest all keep hoping for the best. Few oldies have captured departments and will make sure nothing changes so that their place is secured.

Pros

Edgistify is an excellent place to work if you are looking to grow fast and learn every day. The exposure is huge and the learning curve is steep, which really helps in building your career. The company also offers ESOPs, so you feel like a true partner in the journey and not just an employee. One of the best things here is that the founders themselves work round the clock and lead by example. It motivates everyone in the team and sets the culture. Salaries are always credited on the 1st of every month without fail, which is honestly one of the biggest perks in a startup environment. Another standout factor is that there is no difference between ground-level staff like pickers, packers, or supervisors and top management. Rules and culture apply equally to everyone, whether male or female. There is complete fairness and no discrepancy, which builds a strong sense of respect and belonging. The culture is very lively with annual Goa offsites, festival celebrations like Navratri, and regular team bonding activities. The vibe is “work limitless and enjoy limitless” — you really get the freedom and ownership to do more. This company is shaping up very well and it feels great to be a part of its journey. If you are looking for real growth in a startup with a strong and fair culture, this is the place.

Cons

Sometimes the working hours can get stretched, but that’s part of any fast-growing startup. Personally, I see it as a positive because it also means you are learning and achieving more. A few processes are still evolving, but that actually gives you a chance to contribute and shape things as the company grows.
