A crushing workload with unbelievable amounts of stress. I’ve been in therapy for two years to manage the stress job causes me. Zero support from teammates. People do the barest minimum, and more often than not their “contributions” create new problems. Unbelievably toxic management. For several years, my vice president has either provided zero feedback (when things are OK) or else gets enraged. You can be belittled, ridiculed, and/or berated for nearly anything, anytime. Top management is totally clueless—Tom Kuhn thinks Obama is still the president. Literally.
