Pros
Not much work, no real accountability, lots of time off, can waste tax payer dollars doing work unrelated to government and get paid! Lots of paid time off!
Cons
Too much social justice stuff. Poor performers are protected and valued. Those who report misconduct or improper behavior face discipline for doing so. Extremely low employee morale and engagement due to incompetence in leadership and rewarding of political maneuvering at the expense of staff and students. Extremely poor culture, high turn over, employees are judged on race, gender, social justice alliance, and more, rather than objective criteria based on performance. A strong culture of silence, with regard to real issues negatively impacting institution and wasting tax dollars.
