Pros

Nice people, quite casual but always friendly and communicative. Found me jobs quite quickly and easily. When I complained that too much money had been taken off my pay check (for ‘payroll fees’ they were quick to rectify this.

Cons

Really poor organisation and record keeping skills, the amount of times I had to repeat myself as people weren’t keeping notes/ weren’t passing on the correct information. Also they contacted my references out of the blue 9 months after starting which I thought was unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. Dissapointing how much cut they take from your pay packet, but that’s agencies for you.

Pros

The people who were here

Cons

During my time here I observed significant challenges within its leadership structure. Decision‑making was often inconsistent, and key guidelines were not always followed. Concerns raised by staff were frequently dismissed unless firmly challenged, which created an environment where only a few felt comfortable speaking up. The culture was noticeably affected by this dynamic, resulting in a workplace that felt increasingly toxic and unsupportive. The CEO demonstrates limited empathy and made staffing decisions that contributed to perceptions of unfairness—for example, appointing a close family member to a trainee role at a higher salary than long‑standing employees.

Pros

Educate Staffing is a brilliant place to work if you want to develop quickly in recruitment and be part of a genuinely supportive team. The training is strong, especially for trainees, and you’re given the tools, guidance and encouragement to succeed from day one. There’s a real focus on development, not just hitting numbers, which makes a huge difference. The culture is one of the best parts – it’s positive, motivating and friendly, with people who actually want to see you do well. Management are approachable, transparent and invested in helping you progress. Success is recognised and celebrated, and there are clear opportunities for career progression if you put the work in. The company also has a strong reputation in the education sector, which makes building relationships with schools and candidates much easier. It feels like a business that’s growing in the right way, with ambition but without losing its people-first mindset Overall, Educate Staffing is a fantastic place for anyone looking to build a long-term career in recruitment, especially if you value training, progression and a supportive team environment.

Cons

The role is target-driven, so it suits people who are motivated and enjoy working towards goals. The pace can be busy at times, but it’s also what creates so many opportunities to learn, progress and succeed.
