late parent pick ups, poor medical, dental, vision benefits. no prescription benefits.

The children are the greatest joy. There are some amazing non-elitists that work here and are passionate about the work.

*Benefits are not great. *They seem to not appreciate people until they're gone. *They take too long to fix the obvious. *The culture sucks! One of the higher-ups attempts to control the conversations of others with their presence. Also , they seem more concerned with outward appearences. That person talks a good game, but will need to change it up for 2018-we heard the current mantra far too long. They talk about raising the bar for the services they provide to the kids and don't provide what is needed to do so. They're good at spewing the latest catch-phrases , it sounds good but not really. EducationWorks employees are not happy but upper management pretends that it's no big deal-They gotta keep up that good front. They seem to consume themselves with figuring out how not to get sued .You can minimize that risk by treating your employees with "real" respect not the fake stuff you put out there.
