Phonics and primary level - Enrichment Teacher Edufarm Learning Centre Employee Review

Short hours (9-11.30am); only lead teacher & assistant teacher, with small group of children; lesson plans and materials provided, hence just come, teach, and go home.

No company benefits. No work progression.

None I can think of.

Very poor management skills from top down. Material Delivery is late. Student enrolment is late. If they want something from you, they will contact you. Otherwise their response to matters are poor. My best advice? DO NOT SIGN TOO LONG CONTRACTS WITH THEM.
