Edward Jones is a full service investment firm that knows where it wants to focus. Advisors can become limited partners in the firm. Advisors receive top quality training and have the opportunity tot build their own practice and have their own office.
Cons
It is hard work and it can be hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel. The main focus of the business building training is face to face contacts via knocking on doors, which is a real rollercoaster of ups and downs.
