Pros
You are able to open your own franchise with no start up costs. Able to set your own schedule. They will say you can make unlimited pay based on work ethic.
Cons
Only way to succeed is to move into established office or take over assets. Otherwise, you are not going to make it. You will be one of the cogs in the machine that lets some future FA succeed, while you move to a different job. You do the hard work, they fire you becuase you started with no assets, then they bring in a newbie to take over the fruits of your years of hard labor.
