Pros

Flexible work days because you decide if/when you want to work. Reasonable Pay (between $11-13.40). 100 working hours required every year. One-on-one interaction with clients. Professional atmosphere. Your own desk and large front office space. Regularly on Fortunes 100 Best Companies to Work For. Challenging, but manageable, tasks to work on and complete. Great job for a college student or someone who wants to work on the side.

Cons

There is no guarantee you'll work X amount of hours every week. There are 70 hours of online training modules you must complete before you officially begin working at a branch. You must get to work on your own dime. i.e.: if someone needs you to fill in across town and you want to work for them, you are usually required to use your own gas money to get there. There is no driving compensation. Not a lot of room for growth unless you apply somewhere else in the company. No benefits.

Pros

They have allowed the HBA’s (home based associates) to remain remote

Cons

Micromanagers, they say they are okay if you want to apply to another department within the firm but the minute you do it’s like you get a target on your back. The pay doesn’t match the workload and the word is that you have to quit and then come back to make what you should already be getting paid. Benefits are terrible but 401k is pretty good
