Cons
This could sound as a biased review, but during my two years spent at this company has at-least cleared my mind to not work in a company like this. Its a truly Lala corporate with obviously its headquarter in France but all the management cares about is revenue. The quality of work is real bad (barring a few exceptions), with the senior officials not taking any sort of responsibility or a quality review system. I mean you only get stuck in the processes which aren't pleasing at all, rather they hamper the work. You'll surely get good reviews along with this one but I think most of those are from the HR and PR department which I don't think makes sense, as they will not understand a word I am talking about. I am happy to have left the company and writing this review being on the other side but I would say unless you're in a hand to mouth situation, you should not be joining this company. The company has good credentials from the work they've done overseas and on that basis they've been getting new projects, showing their collaborations. Its the politics you'll enjoy the most, if you happen to be there, everyday or the other you'll find some new management or senior employee leaving and some other joining in, leave alone their firing of the employees without any good reasons. Also the mindset of the employees working there is in a way pessimistic due to this unstable environment, trying to save their back and sacked off. Also cherry on the cake is getting your timesheet filled in, every month you've have to beg to the project manager for giving you hours to fill in the time sheet because they don't have control on what the employees are working on. And mind you, that's not an easy task to do, the project manager will start negotiating on the number of working hours you have spent on the project even if he doesn't have any idea on the quantum of work. Now you see, why they have the tagline "Employee First"
