Pros
I frankly did expect that Egnyte will be such a great place to work! The best thing here are the people - friendly, helpful and really fun to work with. I also really like that it's a startup but which is managed in a stable way that gives you confidence that your job is safe here and that things will only get constantly better. The tech stack is really big in every way and gives you a lot of opportunities to learn and make things better (as of now 100+ engineers working on tens of apps in Java, Python, Goland, deployed in 3 physical datacenters + cloud, a lot of automation and great use of open source).
Cons
As this is >10 years old tech company it does have some legacy tech which is a pain. Some architectural decisions are not pretty. Some people are still working "the old way".
