Pros

I was part of the recent layoff. Company has a lot of issues in the sales organization that was mentioned in the other reviews. I want to say it was a great run when I started, but it went south real quick in the past 6 months since it rapidly grew so quickly and hired too many people without the proper training, infrastructure and accountability. But the one I will miss is the great work culture, my coworkers and our team events. On the positive side, we got 8 weeks of severance and 3 months of health insurance, which is better than some of my friends at other companies that only got - 2 weeks.

Cons

Still it doesn’t negate the fact of what has been said in the previous comments from this layoff. It’s ALL TRUE. The company had many issues on the sales side that caused more issues with a lack of marketing support and growing without the necessary resources to drive success. Its infuriating thinking about how this went down as we saw it coming. BS folks

Pros

Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

Cons

No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
