      Pros

      Very competitive product set. The corporate culture is very startup-ish and there is a very positive vibe. Executives are approachable and the environment is very non-hierarchical. I've seen many promotions since I have been here, so internal growth opportunities exist.

      There is currently no 401K match

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
