Egnyte used to have some of the best leaders in the industry. The type of leaders that held their account manages to a high standard but always supported them. Never during that time did I question my worth as a seller. But During the 2021/2022 overhaul new executives out of the new office in Utah pushed out the good Spokane CDM leaders for ones who have NEVER led before (their Ego would tell you they have) or for new leaders out of Utah that still have no idea what the Egnyte product can do. HR and Leadership allow intense relationships of leader to subordinates. They know about these relationships and want to ask current employees but we will not say anything as there is ZERO confidentiality at this company. Leadership knows it’s wrong but yet won’t do anything about it. To make matters worse leadership demands we come to the office 3 days a week in an office environment that is beyond uncomfortable to watch these relationships causing frequent tension, problems and uncomfortably. If you are looking for a career where they say “your cost of living increase” is an annual bonus increase then this is the place for you!
