Cons
It's challenging to work with teams outsourced in India given time zone differences and Egnyte also operate very lean. Workload can often be heavy, but the people make it worth it.

Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.
Cons
No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
