      Pros

      Fast paced development focused organization

      Cons

      Exec mgmt continually change focus and direction, often going around direct management teams. If you like being a pawn , this is a great place, if you are experienced and typically use your expertise to improve products, this is not the place. Focus and priority is usually tied to a few top customers and features are usually half baked, frustrating customers.

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
