      Pros

      Great product-market fit, the core product is VERY good. The opportunity to create significant impact is motivating. A lot of great leaders coming into the business in the last couple quarters. Healthy, profitable growth targets!

      Cons

      Not a con if you like the type of environment, but things are changing quickly and it's a real performance-culture so keeping up is a must!

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
