Pros

There are several staff members who are great to work with which can make some days really great. There are also some really interesting projects where you can learn a lot.

Cons

While some projects can be interesting there is also a lot of nearly brain dead repetitive stuff. Management seems to encourage staff members against working together and push for a more "every man for themselves" attitude. Hoarding projects and overworking yourself over communicating and spreading work around. The worst thing really is the partner in charge. He treats people like garbage on a regular basis. He will talk down to you for asking any questions and doesn't actually take the time to look over workpapers before questioning your work. Despite the many positive aspects of this firm the horrible tone at the top of the Spokane office means the whole experience is tainted.

We are very proud of the quality individuals we hire and we are very glad to hear you enjoyed working with your team members. Pros

Good amount of holidays and PTO. Lifestyle spending account and remote work were great.

Cons

In an attempt to get me to leave, little by little, my job duties were taken over by others in the department. Partners let this happen and did nothing to help me. Eventually, they eliminated my role. I documented multiple instances where the work environment was incredibly toxic but no one cared. HR never even contacted me for an exit interview. My experience was that if you did not fit into the boys club you would not succeed. There was a culture of micro-aggressions, cruelty, and badmouthing others when they weren't in the room and excluding anyone who did not fit their views.
