Pros
Majority of employees, on a personal level, are lovely people; made some life-long friends. Fun culture (though this was created by employees, not by leadership). Good work/life balance. Good salary for a Paralegal.
Cons
Strategy is all over the place - CEO is money (and not passion) driven. This shows through the constant strategy changes based on whatever the largest clients want. Constant lack of clarity on company direction as a result. CEO never takes responsibility for company performance - multiple rounds of redundancies in the last 12 months (both as a result of economic environment and misguided company strategy) and no evidence of clearer strategy or explanation for why things aren't improving. CEO has never taken even one ounce of responsibility, demonstrating clear lack of leadership. Little progress due to constant strategy change and wildly varying salaries between people doing similar roles. Also top-heavy teams. Really not sure what mid-level or senior leadership really do on a day-to-day basis and plenty of internal politics. No improvement after each restructuring, there seems to be a real lack of clarity and transparency across the business.
