      Pros

      - Great people, some genuine talent - Interesting working approach and projects - Flexibility in terms of working hours - Some benefits in terms of leave, training etc but depends on management

      Cons

      - Late or reduced pay, unpaid/delayed expenses - Work from home options not ideal - Chaotic management, constant change of personnel - HR non-existent, no reviews and poor management. - Some toxic, bullying behaviour and unprofessionalism

      Pros

      Remote/Hybrid work flexibility. Work life balance is not too bad due to lack of projects.

      Cons

      There are no young designers, and the higher-ups are older with outdated design tastes. They seem comfortable sticking to their old ways, which no longer work. HR is practically nonexistent—people are leaving or being laid off, yet the HR representative always acts as if nothing is happening. It feels very unsettling to work here. While I enjoy the remote work experience, I can understand why young designers wouldn't want to join this company.
