The culture is so welcoming and friendly and the CEO is an amazing man! He always has time for you, knows everyone's names and truly cares. Great flexibility within my role to work from home and travel to different offices. Cons
Some roles are not compensated as well as similar roles elsewhere, however, there is so much potential for growth and many long term employees started in low level roles, making there way through the business to find what they are passionate about, which Eight supports wholeheartedly.
