      Pros

      Have worked with the company for total 3 years. Started as fresher & got a a fantastic experience overall. Got to work full fledged on project in a team as well as got good opportunities to handle projects independently. In regards with salary company considers hard works & rewards with best benefits & pay.

      Cons

      Work six days a week, doesn't give a typical theoretical training's. Based in a industrial location but inside good infrastructure.

      If you can survive the suffer, you can get some increments here and there

      Cons

      The company has a very unfriendly attitude toward its employees. The owner constantly looks for someone to hold responsible for the problems within the organization, and the so-called employee policies are practically non-existent
