Worst company ever - Junior Software Developer Eins Technology Employee Review

1.Management is the worst as they have no professionalism. There's no project planning and sequence. Project is 1st installed at customer end and then developement team works on it. 2.Job security that everyone is worried about is itself a big concern in this Company. 3.At pandemic situation near about 5 or 6 months he did not given any payments to the employee, at that he was busy making his Company website. to build that own Company website he took 10 to 11 months time, but for employee to build the software he gives only 7 to 14 days time (without any issue the developer must build the software ). 4.Knowledge of IT field can't be gained here but I assure you if you want to have a experience in flattery/ Sycophancy,Chamchegiri and being a servant you can join this Company. 5.Odd jobs are to be done by Software Developers and Testers like collecting the packages from ground floor and making packages ready for courier,Ac Servicing,making Tea. 6.office timings are 9.30 to 6.30 but if leave office on time but before the director they feel insulted and the same is indirectly said at a later time.Always the Employee should extend their time till 9.30 pm or 10.00 pm.Sometime on sunday also employee should have work. on sunday always you have to work at free of cost. 7.the Senior Director refers employees as GADHE but in some days I realised they are his own offsprings and thus are donkeys not the employee. 8.There's only one washroom that too which doesn't have a water supply which makes it more difficult for the women employees.also worst than public toilet No Flush, No Tissue Paper, No Dustbin, No Bucket or Jug after 3.00 pm there will be No water. very Unhygienic toilet after doing pee no one put water also. 9.Fake promises regarding work environment and increments are done while joining but reality is far too different. 10.If anyone wishes to leave the job due to the unhealthy work life balance the person is not paid for their notice period and Relieving & Experience letter is given after irritating the employee to the next level.Documents are not handed over and salary slip is too a issue..You have to literally beg them for Everything(Half Day,Holiday,Hike,Even for Documents,even for going out offsite at Break Hours). 11.They will tell after completing the project we will send you foreign trip or give the incentive to you & your team please don’t trust his word.
