Pros
Great Company to work at, excellent colleagues, Managers support each other throughout Ireland. Not too hard to hit targets, but sometimes can be a bit pressure because of high turnover rate of team members. Reason behind turn over rate is international students looking for visa sponsor jobs and leaving it. Money wise its a ok job. Not a single day felt bored or burdened going to the job. Its actually a fun place. Once you hit the target and show willingness to progress. Eir is one of the company where you get very good chance to be promoted.
Cons
Salary not good considering dublin expenses. Can be tough reaching targets. Expected to be on call and responsive even when you are holiday or off. Not a songle day off the work entirely. Keeping yourself in a loop and communicating all the time with he staff and area managers. Work life balance is not good.
