The work can be quite technical and data centre-focused, which can be mentally taxing at times due to the complexity and specialized nature of the systems. The specialized data centre domain means the learning curve can be steep initially if you're not familiar with that industry. Fully remote setup has pros and cons - while it offers flexibility, it can sometimes make collaboration or getting quick answers more challenging than in-person work

Quite a good and dynamic environment. I was trained for a bit to get used to the codebase and worked as a full stack role, just picking up smaller priority tasks.
