      Pros

      The leasing team is like family. I am required to write a 20 word minimum but I don't have 20 words to say here. Oh and the 5 star reviews on here, they are required by the owner. He tells everyone they have to go in and do a positive review on here and all other review sights (Yelp, Google etc.)

      Cons

      Where do you start.... they are unethical and change your wages, benefits and job duties constantly. They are corrupt. No Human Resources. Offer 5 days of pto but will not allow you to take it because it's always too busy to allow time off. They treat residents horribly.

      collaborative team, fair compensation, training opportunities, opportunities for growth, fun work projects, you get out of the office a lot on site visits depending on your job

      Cons

      A lot of benefits are for full-time employees only, would like more PTO

      Coworkers was very supportive and helpful.

      Cons

      You will never do anything right. The worst turnover i have ever seen. No proper training. Very very racist.
