Pros
Amazing, second-to-none technology and you get to be a part of changing people's lives. No shortage of opportunity to help in various parts of the company. Sincerely well intentioned team and management (most). It's a company you can be proud to be a part of.
Cons
Way too understaffed and under-resourced. Most nights you leave feeling overworked and with little impact or reward. Executive management out of touch with customer needs and decision making process and prioritization is unclear at best. Poor financial management impacts stability and growth.
