Not what it seems - Restaurant Staff El Five Employee Review

Most of the cons came from my front of house experience. They show favoritism in who they offer promotions and hours to and to be accepted on the team you have to be politically correct. I also experienced harassment in several ways: - I called out due to an emergency and was contacted by several staff members who accused me of lying (they did not want to deal with doing tasks their job role entailed because I called out). - I experienced sexual harassment several times throughout my time there, having photos taken of my backside without my knowledge/permission, and was told I was desirable. These actions were both unprompted and unwanted by me.
