Was a fun position creating new dishes for a highly regarded brand that has an established fan base. Had a lot of latitude in creativity to explore innovation.
Cons
Heavy politics and favoritism. Unethical board members, cronyism, many decisions made that were not beneficial to the brand long term. Huge debt to service crippled business.
