Good place to get your feet wet and learn what is required to be a great leader/manager and segway into a more reputable company (HEB, Target, etc).

Cons

Poor support in the personal/professional growth aspect. The company is not obsessed with growing their managers. Everything I learned about leadership was thru trial and error.
