Poor inventory processes, poor management, avoid! - Inventory Coordinator Eland Cables Employee Review

No pros was thrown out the building when i didnt meet target no meeting or any warning. Place should be shut down. Extreme racism and bullying I experienced.

Call centre that coerced me cold call companies to get their personal email addresses and when i became sick they escorted me out the building.

Was OK when I first started there.

I had DEA And eland cables kept paying over the amount every month even after talking to mangers. Nothing got done. Just got swept under carpet .thay took money in September October. And not sent it to the DEA .Thay still waiting for it .it take an month before I get the money back and thay do the same every month .and I have to wait again. Would never work for this company .you tell mangers somthing and it goes in one hear and out the next. Stay clear of this company .four months have been waiting for money to be returned .thay ignore phone calls emails from the people DEA WHICH IS DWP .worst company ever worked for.dont apply unless you want ripping off with wages
